I see where they are requesting the NFL have Micheal Vick's brain scanned and psychological testing performed before considering reinstating him. They also have made the determination he may have an anti-social personality disorder that would preclude him from being remorseful for his crimes.
I think he is a big jackass for what he did but if the justice system deems he has paid for his crimes than he should be released and allowed to pursue his NFL career if he chooses without having to jump through hoops for PETA's amusement. I may not brake next time a squirrel crosses the road in an attempt to balance out the insanity.
