Vote your LEAST FAVORITE off the island/stage. After a few days I'll post a new poll with 1 or 2 top vote getters taken off. This will continue until we crown The Greatest New Wave Band Ever or I get bored with the whole thing. I freely admit that I'm just making this up as I go along.

I know there's plenty of room for argument about deserving bands that got left off, but maybe if this works we can have a Season 2 where new challengers take on the top handful from this round.

Remember - vote for your LEAST FAVORITE!

To Duran Duran.
You guys charge too freaking much for concert tickets. You arent popular anymore. And the fact that I dated a girl w

For me Devo was just too silly.

I didn't like the Pet Shop Boys back in the 80's but after giving another listen to them I've come to appreciate them much more.

I would vote off U2. For some reason, I just never got into them, even though most of my friends loved them.

I'm knocking off the Pet Shop Boys here. I don't hate'em or anything but they seem really out of place on the list.

B-52's. And I hope they drown while leaving the island, too.

i don't know, i had to go with adam and the ants. that 'goody twoshoes' song makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a spoon. its too poppy, and cheerful.

i really like all the artist/bands that every one else wants to vote off. with the exception
