Anyone here like these guys? Their 80's output was weirdly fascinating...I had the [i]Come Visit the BIg Bigot[/i] tape, which I loved for its sheer oddity. Recently I DL'd a bunch of their old material ([i]Bigot[/i], "Big Car"), and I'm intrigued all over again. Then, I burned another CD with more Industrial 80's "Godfathers", such as Skinny Puppy, Cabaret Volatire, early A Split Second, and a:grumh. But the Severed Heads material...boy, whaddya say to the outright minimalism of their 80s Industrial ? It's a whole different animal from today's "industrial".

Every eight months or so I go back to the well for a listen to my 'industrial/wax-trax' phase. I can't deny a decent sounding record from that genre!

i love em....my roommates had an industrial/techno group and i heard all the early wax tracks 4ad chicage stuff..........also liked the first ministry album...hahaha..........and front 242.....noise unit..............colourbox....
