Behold our New Wave Queen!

Postby Lostin_Ateys » Sat Jan 14, 2006 11:42 am

Please forgive me if this is an old topic, but I'm curious to hear your opinions.
There have been sooo many great female talents that have made a lasting impression on New Wave music/80's music!
Debbie Harry, Chrissy Hein, PatBenatar, Jonette Napoltano (Concrete Blonde), Belinda Carlisle, Dale Bozio (mainly for that see-through plastic suit she wore [}:)]).
Who would be on your list? Who is our New Wave Queen???

New Wave Queen? Heh, that's easy. Marie3, come on down!

Oh, sorry - I thought you said Queen of the New Wave Oupost [:p]

Anyway, Debbie Harry was and still is one sassy lass if you ask me. And it's all in the voice babe [8D]

Tracey's going to be 39 in mid August. Just a baby by New Wave artist standards. Absolutely gorgeous.

Hey gang, I'm with Marv on this as far as board members-Marie3 hands down is all about the music. But for new wave in general, the one that represents it the best would be Teri Nunn.
