Seriously File Seeking!

Postby Sundayguy » Tue Sep 13, 2005 1:28 pm

Hi ALL!

I just signed up, and am not sure how this all works here, so please bear with me.
For a long while I've been trying to track down a few files of songs I remember from way back when, and am having no luck, even thru various P2P networks.
Found most of the songs I've tried to find, have narrowed it down to a couple I can't find.
Anyone out there able to send files, or info on how to get them, please drop a line or reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Here's the very short want-list:

1) Bag Your Love...by Suburban Lawns (if that's what it's called?)
2) Pretty In Pink(DUB)...by Psychedelic Furs, was a 45 B Side as I recall
3) I like 'lectric Motors...by Patrick D. Martin. That one I've heard played on internet radio, but I can't seem to find a file. I can listen to it, but not download it.

Also would like any info on Hilly Michaels and Elton Motello LP Rips, if anyone knows about?
Thanks, in advance, looking forward to any and all replies!

Motors:

I've got a copy of the lp, give me a week or so and I'll copy it to CD for you. WITHOUT the $39.95 fee.[:D]

An Elton Motello CD compilation entitled "Jet Boy" was released last year. It covers nearly all of his two albums. Amazon has it.

Found an MP3 late last night...sent your way earlier today.
Still holding out for the Pretty In Pink(dub). No luck on that one, yet.

Most of the "Pop Art" album's good tracks are left off this CD compilation, tho the CD got good reviews. I'd settle for an LP rip of Pop Art, just to get those songs. Same goes for Hilly Michaels, til a studio CD version comes out. (maybe soon?)

I have an MP3 of "Pretty In Pink" by THE PSYCHEDELIC FURS. I'll start sending it to you after I'm done with this message. I hope this is the right version.
