I think alot of companies are learning that treating their people well pays off. Also there is a trend of treating customers better. Thank God! Its about time! Instead of getting attitude you get treated well. Then you come back and spend more money. Ever

We just had a Home Depot open in my town. Everyone thought that would be the beginning of the end for the local Ace Hardware. Instead, Ace responded by hiring at least half a dozen of the most gorgeous college girls you've ever seen. They don't know shit
