Just what the hell was Cory Hart's problem?

Considering the immense talent of Godley and Creme, they could probably do a good job covering most anything. Now, the question is, do you have the vision to see what possibilities they could bring from their version.

I could only imagine what a Godley & Creme (thanks for the spelling) version of "Why can't I touch it" would sound like, probably pretty cool.

Of course being a young girl when Mr.Hart came into play, I liked him but I did not think he was NW in any sense. Unfortunatley he became a 2 hit wonder. I don't remember any other songs he has done besides sunglasses and never surrender. Did VH-1 do a wh

Yikes, I have to admit, I also liked Rick Springfield in the early 80's. He was the reason why I started watching General Hospital. After his first movie however, I lost interest. Not a big soap fan or ex-soap actor (anymore) he he he he!

As others have said, I'll take Corey Hart over any of the seemingly endless supply of singers propped up as

Berserker, I have all the Corey Hart CD's and am not afraid to admit it. Many of his best songs were ones that never played on radio.

As for Rick Springfield, he may get a bad rap, but listen again to Working Class Dog and Success Hasn't Spoiled Me Yet

O.K., normally I'd be "going over the boards" with the gloves off to defend a fellow Canadian (sorry for the hockey reference) but... well... um, I'm just going to go and stand over there for a while..........

Sorry Cory, not really giving me much to w

Mr. Hart's "It Ain't Enough" just came on my Launchcast player and reminded me of this thread. I happily rated it as "Can't Get Enough", which I had previously done for both Artist: Corey Hart and the the Corey Hart Greatest Hits album. [:D]

I have to admit I like most of Rick Springfield's stuff. Like Grunch said, it really is just good powerpop. If he looked like Marshall Crenshaw, he'd probably be critically worshipped. I saw him in concert once too while I was in Germany. The lineup was T

I am not his friend and didn't not know him if he was sad or cries all the time. Maybe he is just sad because you aren't liking him so much.
