Anything by The Faint, especially, at the moment, the Danse Macabre remixes.

Have to add:
Sister and Tear You Apart by She Wants Revenge.. have to admit that they've totally won me over. Their music is just so coolly obscure. [;)][:D]
And "Over and over" by Hot Chip (no one has ever mentioned them here). Their stuff is great.. makes you wanna dance really hard.
And Yeah Yeah Yeahs "Gold lion" is awesome... that Karen O. chick is so cool... tons and tons of attitude.

“The Warning” by Hot Chip is such a great album, a real monster. I must agree with Mechi, it really makes you wanna dance. "No Fit State" is one of my favourite tracks.

Thanks for the suggestions. A lot of those sounded more like emo or electronic to me. But I did like:

Wake Me When It's Over- Longwave
Go Cry- Pitty Sing
Celestial Annihilation- UNKLE

and of course the aforementioned "The Wonder"- Figurines

Definitely liking the Delays at the moment. Also surprised by the longevity that Morningwood is enjoying on my playlist. Though I have to say, Stadium Arcadium is taking up quite a bit of playlist space at the moment.

Although the CD is a couple years old, I'm liking several of the songs from the Cut Copy's "Bright Like Neon Love" CD.

Ella Blame- Incurable
Counter Intelligence- Want

To be honest- it is impossible to say the best song is...

I have to AGAIN try to push this song:

"Middle of Nowhere" by Hot Hot Heat off their last album.

I know they're not the hippest group, but that song, the sound of it and the actual melody of the song, sounds like new wave to me like not much else these days. - - Not post-punk, mind you, straight-ahead new wave (circa 83-84, not earlier).
