Has anyone heard anything from VHF or Beta?

I love VHS or Beta. I turned a friend of mine on to them and now he has them wearing his line of clothing.

Interesting . . . Do you know anything about their influences, etc? I am cramming for exams this week, but will do my music homework NEXT week. In the meantime: clifs notes, please? LOL

This whole CD is very good. I saw these guys at SXSW earlier in the year in the mid-afternoon with about 30 people and loved them. they were one of the better bands I saw all week. Highly recommended!
