Can you provide the specific link? Thanks

Right after I posted this I bought it from Here and Now at Amazon marketplace for $18.08 plus the standard $2.98 postage (even though it ships from Australia). At that time there was one other Australian in the marketplace selling for around $19.00. Unfortunately both listings have disappeared, and the remaining listings are in the $30 range.

Generally speaking I have found Australian discs from Australian Amazon marketplace e-tailers to be a bargain because of the cheap standard postage and, I guess, favorable exchange rates. The MAA disc may show up again in the future.

You can also get it in the low $20's on eBay.

Here's a link to Australia's largest discount CD store, price is A$28.99 (about US$22)
