Whatever happened to that label that reissued the Visage and Missing Persons discs? I believe it was called, "One Way" and they used to have a website but I have been unable to find out more. I believe those titles have been discontinued.

The label shut down a few years ago, so all titles are now deleted. The guy who ran the label started up a new one called Reality/AAO Music, although they've mainly focused on releasing new albums by heritage rock acts. Their one main reissue was Into The Gap by Thompson Twins, which most people here hated because of the lousy bonus tracks (and I agree - better ones could have been chosen). Still, I did the liner notes for it, so it can't be 100% bad! [;)]

There is a ray of hope, though - I hope to have news within the next month or so of another label being started by a friend of mine. He'll be focusing on "rootsy" rock reissues for the most part, although he is going to do a couple of cool new wave things. Details to follow.

Do you know who they used as the mastering engineer Into The Gap? I took a look at the wavegraphs and it comes close to clipping with little headroom.

Also, one of the other main guys at One Way is now the main guy at Wounded Bird, so he's keeping on top of things on the reissue front.
