Welcome to the new forum!
If you are a previously registered user, you must do the following:

1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt
2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit
3) You will receive an email with an activation link. Please click it and then log in using the random password provided
4) Go to your User Control Panel and click on the Profile tab
5) Click on 'Edit Account Settings' and enter your new password twice followed by the random password provided earlier. Click Submit.
6) That's it...you're back in! You may have to log in again with your new password.

hey mike i just had a question for you. i'm in the process of creating a web site to link people to web sites and froums to aid them with their questions about 80's music and stuff of that sort. my question is would it be okay for me to include the new wave out post in my links? please e-mail me at djsoss@isp.com. thanks.

Of course ... I greatly appreciate it. You might also want to link to idealcopy.com -- the best online source for 80's alternative on CD. Let me know when you have your site ready, and I'll add you to my links page.

i started this web site as a information station for those who love 80's stuff, but cant remember the names of groups, songs, artists and so on. but i was kinda wondering if you guys would have some good ideas for this site. all ideas are welcomed thanks.

So far, since you've just begun and are still working on it, it's looking OK. It seems to be more oriented toward dance/freestyle/pop than actual New Wave. Perhaps you might wish to narrow your focus toward this--it would certainly help your site "stand o

thanks guys for all your opinions. as far as spell checking goes, i'll get to it, sometimes i'm in such a hurry i don't bother to check and sometimes i hit the wrong keys ( i'm not the world's best typist). there seems to be more freestyle at the moment
