I can't believe no one has mentioned Spaceballs!

"Too hot!"

"May the Schwartz be with you!"

"Funny, she doesn't look Druish..."

"I'm surrounded by assholes!"

Mel Brooks is the MAN!

I like a lot of John Waters movies too - Polyester, Hairspray, Serial Mom, Female Trouble, & Deperate Living.

A couple older ones that always make me laugh:
Bringing Up Baby
Seven Year Itch

Did anyone mention "Best in Show?" I loved "Waiting for Guffman" too. Although it wasn't as funny as "Best In Show," Eugene Levy's performance in it was amazing. He should have at least been nominated for best supporting actor for that.

While I wouldn't admit to being a "South Park" fan. I can't recall any film that made me shriek in laughter as much as that one did.

I think Young Frankenstein is the funniest movie I own. Cloris Leachman--who would've thought she was so dang funny?

In the best tradition of Anglo-Saxon potty humor, "Something About Mary." I saw it the week I finally left my husband and it really made me feel better.

The "South Park" movie . . . "Hey, Satan!"

Just watched this movie again last night "Ready to Rumble". If you like wrestling or liked it in your younger days this is a funny movie.

Orgazmo
Harold & Maude (which is actually my third favorite film of all time)
Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life
Flesh Gordon ("...Oh...my...assssss...")
Anything by Wes Anderson (Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou (which was my favorite film of 2004))
Clerks, Mallrats, Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back (I prefer the low-brow Kevin Smith humour as opposed to his "humour with a message" films like "Chasing Amy" & "Dogma")
Anything by the Christopher Guest/Rob Reiner team - "Spinal Tap", "Waiting For Guffman", "Best In Show", "A Mighty Wind" (Reiner had nothing to do with the last three, but Guest certainly picked up on the faux-documentary style Reiner presented in "Spinal Tap")
Forbidden Zone (Hilarious cult-comedy from 1980, directed by Richard Elfman, featuring brother Danny as Satan and music by The Mystic Knights Of The Oingo Boingo)
The films of John Waters - Pink Flamingos, Polyester, Female Troubles, Serial Mom, Cecil B. Demented, etc., etc.
National Lampoon's Van Wilder
National Lampoon's Vacation
Fletch
Anchorman
Dodgeball
Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein

That's good for a start...

Yeah - hits theatres July 22nd. This outing, there's supposed to be a little more character development of the Mayfly family - you know, what makes 'em tick and all that - and since they are on the run, it'll be more of a road movie. I picked up an absolutely HUGE (much bigger than one-sheet size), free, and very cool promo poster for "The Devil's Rejects" at InConjunction this past weekend. I plan to take it to Cinema Wasteland this October and have Sid Haig, Bill Mosely & Michael Berryman sign it. Yep, lurking forward to it. This weekend it's "Fantastic Four" & "Dark Water", but I digress - on to the subject at hand:

I also love the films of Mel Brooks, and there are some pretty hilarious horror-comedies as well: "The Fearless Vampire Killers, Or Pardon Me But Your Teeth Are In My Neck", the Scary Movie franchise, and most recently SHAUN OF THE DEAD! Rock!
