Reilly I have a dog. A big one. They actually stay just out of reach and then when the dog comes in they go wild.

Coop, you are so on the money it is scary. I can't let anything go. I am working on it in life and I am making some progress. Its just the squirrels are my breaking point. They are my little demons. I can spend hours fixing my yard and in one hour while I rest, they wreck it. This is war! Or I'll just take another pain killer...that works.

And BTW, I already used the hose! This one was sitting on my fence right next to me so I blasted him in the face with the water. He was back in minutes. I'm thinking of dressing in a squirrel costume and just beating the hell out of them when they come to say hi.

Maybe the squirrels are thinking it's a water park and are coming back for the entertainment. Hell, I am finding this entertaining.

LOL! You would laugh even harder if you saw me in action. I could be on the phone with the white house or having coffee with the pope but if I see a squirrel digging in my yard I spring into action. I would spit out my coffee in the popes face and grab a bat on my way outside. (all while yelling son of a bitch!) I swear they are laughing.

I'm not sure if anyone's posted this yet because I haven't really keeping up with the threads, but here's the solution to your problem:

Dang, that is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. You know Philly is hard at work on his version.

Coop, once again you hit it on the head. You must know me. My version is called "the squirra-capult". It is like a siege machine from days of yor. I was actually going to make one but I don't have the time. My wife said that if I had time for that, then she would give me stuff to do around the house.[:(]

Out of curiosity I tried to google how many squirrel-related deaths there are every year. No luck finding accurate numbers, but this article is pretty damned funny. I have a very hard time believing Phil didn't write it:

There are many things in this world that can be killed.
Squirrels are not one of them.

http://underdogs.wordpress.com/2005/06/ ... sh-armada/

Then there's this chilling bit of news from the BBC:

"Russian Squirrel Pack Kills Dog"

They are said to have scampered off at the sight of humans, some carrying pieces of flesh. A pine cone shortage may have led the squirrels to seek other food sources, although scientists are sceptical.
