I first heard of this band when Mike P. featured Watching Their Eyes as a Song of the Week back in May '03.
Well last weekend found me at a Goodwill store, and when I looked thru some used tapes, I found an untitled, 5-song issue from 1983:
Side One:
Watching Their Eyes
Maybe This Day
Big Man Restless
Side Two:
Love Lasts Forever (7" mix)
We Are Your Family

I can't find any details on this release on allmusic or the link on 2Nu's post. Perhaps this is just a collection of singles?

Now I gotta go get Naked [:p]

As noted in the "News And CD Reissues" forum, Wounded Bird will be releasing Naked on CD in the next few months. I don't have an exact release date yet.
Hi, Their best song for me is BIG MAN RESTLESS.

I think it is a great theme.

best regards.

This song popped up today on random play. A great tune. Probly my favorite from KTP.
Can someone interpret the lyrics? What is a 'Big Man Restless' and how is it like 40 Indians?
Is it a metaphor for the US of A?

"The legal quarter of tight lipped men - push for order - and repeat again"

I'm not smart enough to figure out why the song starts out, "Ladies and Gentlemen." Is BMR on display?

KTP's4U ? [:D]

I have a record of them as I heard them on the radio a long time ago, and I haven't played it shortly after I got it. Will definetely try it again soon, just to see that a good record could be hiding in between the other records.

This was a promo/sampler that the label put out. I've got it on vinyl.
