I need your help

I need help with a song title or group from the 80's. This group had a video on MTV where a woman has an infatuation with a man (her neighbor). She watches him through her window and builds a shrine (photos, manequin) of him in her apartment. At the end of the video, he looks into her apartment and sees himself sitting at the table.....something like that. I really liked the song but just don't remember the group or title.
