Name That Tune Volume 11

<font color="Blue"><B>Name That Tune Volume 11[/b]</font>

Time for yet another edition of Name That Tune. After the last couple of tougher games, I think I've made this one a bit easier with more big radio hits, along with the less familiar artists. Hopefully this will encourage more participation, which has been a bit off for the past 2 games. [:)]

As usual, there are 50 songs clips - for a total of 100 points (1 point for artist, 1 point for title). There are 2 seconds of silence between song clips. Download your response form below and email it to me for tabulation when you're finished (my email address is on the form). Make sure to put your forum screen names on your answers, so I know who you are. I will send the Answer Sheet to everyone who sends me their responses (if you don't hear from me within 24 hours, I probably didn't get your email). Don't post your responses here!

Here's the link for the response form (my email address is on it):

Here's the song sampler link:
<a href="http://home.comcast.net/~fritzb1/NameThatTune11.mp3">NameThatTune11.mp3</a>

The game will end on <font color="red"><B>Friday July 30 at 4PM EDT[/b]</font>.

Good Luck! [:)]

Don't forget to grab the stumper songs from <a href="http://www.nwoutpost.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2105" target="blank">NTT10</a>! [8D]

I'm just guessing, but I bet you're counting #48 as two tracks. Check the times on the Response Sheet. #48 has a significant break between it's intro and the rest of the song, which sounds very different. It really sounds like 2 different clips.

Cool Fritz! While very much easier for the most part, you still stumped me good on a few. As always thanks for another great NTT.

I'm beginning to think this one is a bit too easy! [:I]

With only a hand full of responses in, the average score is an impressive 71 points. Already there are only 5 stumpers left and I'm sure several of those will not remain so for long. [;)]

Just a little mid-game update & thread bumpage... [;)]

The scores continue to be quite high on this game. Currently the average is an impressive 72 points and there are only 3 stumpers remaining (#22, #41, #48)!

The game ends next Friday. Keep 'e

D'oh!

You're both right. My bad. #41 isn't the stumper. #40 is! I mis-read the numbers on my tally sheet. [:I]

I'm kinda surprised that #40 is still unidentified too.
