Where can I find Pajama Party by Unit 3 with Venus

I'm trying to find Pajama Party from Unit 3 with Venus and I can only find it in vinyl on that Rodney on The ROQ III album. Wasn't there ever a CD release of this compilation having this very song on it? I would really appreciate any info on this here.

I haven't heard it in eons and would love to have it on CD or in an MP3 form here real bad.
