The extended version found it's way onto a <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000001J6Y/qid=1139623530/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/102-1200884-2989704?v=glance&s=music">CD</a> once, but the regular version did not...as far as I know.

There has been a discussion going on there for quit some time, and the band seems to consider releasing the albums through their own label. So far Recurring Dream has been released.
