I must say that I have a lot of rare CDs, but the top of the top, is my THE LOVER SPEAKS - THE BIG LIE. This is an official CD, not a CDR. Not many made it, as the album was scrapped and it never made a proper commercial release. It's got all the artwork and artwork on the CD itself. What a great rarity!!!!

I was going thru all the lists (actually I do have a life).

I also have [b]The Only Ones[/b] - self-titled. Mine's an '87 original CD. None of the track listings come up when I play it on my computer.

Also none of the RYKO [b]Bowie[/b] releases are out any more. Back around '88-90, he reissued all of his RCA stuff with bonus tracks on RYKODISK. Certainly all of those albums are still available as Virgin releases. But the RYKO ones are more rare.

I will say bummer too if I have sold my red box cd for a few cents. I have rouen - young for a day cd. You can say it's rare too. I seldom see this on ebay. Do you have info about this band? My fav songs "guilt", "young for a day", and "shake".

XTC: Mayor of Simpleton 3" CD, in Japanese sleeve (bought in Tokyo in 1988 -- funny because it has Japanese (romanji) and English (translated) lyrics which are not quite exact, I think)

Danny Wilson: Three-in-a-Bed Romp (bonus disc of Sweet Danny Wilson compilation)

The Style Council: Our Favourite Shop (UK edition -- maybe not rare but it's the first import CD I ever bought, in 1984?)

I got my copy of Live at El Mocambo in a Ryko box set (2 1/2 Years), so it might not be uncommon. The box set was probably a limited pressing, though.
