Since the New Wave(NW) scene has long gone away, do you guys still keep in touch with your old new wake/punk rock friends from way back when during the new wave days when you where between 14-21 these days some 20 years later? Do you even run into old NW friends from time to time? Are there old NW friends that you absolutly miss and some that you care not to see again?

Yes, I still keep in touch with my best friend from the new wave scene. We saw Duran Duran, the Fixx, the Cure, and so many other bands back then. We are both married now, and I have kids, so it is harder to get out to concerts anymore. She has no kids

No, philly- the SPIT I'm talking about was a punk/new wave Boston nightclub from 1979-1988. It's now called AXIS, located right behind Fenway Park.

Never knew there was another club called Spit in L.I.[:0]
