A little obscure Tony Mansfield: http://s58.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=02I8 ... 2NPELWBS86
Yukihiro Takahashi's 1982 release "What Me Worry" featuring Bill Nelson on E-Bow guitar and occasional guest vocals but this cut: "Disposable Love" features Tony Manfield of New Musik fame on vocals.

The second is from a http://s58.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2JLE ... PY51LU3NA8 Classic Swedish synthpop from "NASA" a 2000 release called "Remembering the future" the cut is the self titled track. Definately gives a nod to the old school syntyhpop flavorings of New Musik

Anyone remember the party scene near the end of Some Kind Of Wonderful?? Playing in the background is a version of Beat's So Lonely by Charlie Sexton. As far as I know it's only available as a 12" single and a remix CD from Japan called Mixed Impressions.

Yes, I know I know... not exactly New Wave but something obscure for sharing nonetheless.

I used to have this 12" so thanks, but "Beat So Lonely" is actually still available on Rhino's Just Can't Get Enough Vol 15 and Charlie's Cd "Pictures For Pleasure" which was produced by Keith Forsey.

Here's a couple from the early 80's

Yellow Magic Orchestra member Haruomi Hosono's "Sports Men" from his solo LP "Philharmony" (released after Technodelic)

Debra Dejean's "Secret Car"

[/quote]yousendit.com or mytempdir.com are pretty simple to use.

Once the site pane is open, click on the file viewer to upload your file.

You can opt out of posting an email link and instead, hit send and wait for the confirmation msg showing the file link.

All that's left to do is right click 'copy' and paste the link to your NWO message and post that sucker! [;)]

Thanks NU. The yousendit site (is it www.yousendit.com )? is asking for "recipients" e-mail address. I'm going to try the other site.

I came across this gem a few days ago, and if it was from this site, my apologies for the rerun. But it's a damn cool song (I can't stop playing it!), so I just gotta re-share it...
