I dated some guys that wore eyeliner, and even helped some apply it! Back then, it was a pretty cool thing. My brother even wore it sometimes to impress girls(I had to help him apply the green eyeliner) and he looked good in it! I also had male friends

No way! I could not pull that off. I had some crazy looks but I had to draw the line with makeup. I was more of a lost boy/biker type.

Sure-I did it-I had a friend, who later was a girlfriend, who would apply my makeup.

Let's face it, women love playing with "dolls."

Of course, you have to remember I lived in a small town. A lot of the other guys in the scene were gay (this was my

Used black eyeliner, foundation, nail polish and bleached the top of my hair. My dad sure hated that!!!!! My mom was cool with it and even bought the makeup and bleached my hair. My one girlfriend at the time used to do my makeup some times and lots of pe

I did the eyeliner thing as well. One of my female friends thought it would be good for me to try, and at the time, I rarely went clubbing without it. One evening I was going out clubbing with one of male co-workers, and I told him I had to go home to p

I'll admit, I was a sucker for boys with eyeliner. It had to fit in with the rest of the outfit, though. And it couldn't be goth, either. It's a fine line.

I'm with philly- I never used eyeliner or any kind of makeup.

I loved guys who wore eyeliner and dated quite a few back then.

Oh yeah, eyeliner? Sure. Robert Smith, Dave Gahan, Simon LeBon, tons of 80's acts did the eyeliner thing. And then some. I only did eyeliner - just a little. The trick is to wear make up without looking like you're wearing make up. Girls LOVED it. And of

I wore eyeliner but not in the way anyone expected. I always had really short cropped hair and I would put on heavy black eyeliner and smudge it. I looked like Uncle Fester from The Addams Family.

Never did. I had friends that did when we would go dancing.

I also had friends that did the "skirt" thang.

Trust me, it looked better on them then it ever would on me!

eyeliner on guys was HOT.

but not all guys could pull it off, and there was, to quote Christmasher, a "fine line" to the look.
