Another WLIR memory...

This was kind of a novelty song. It was a male vocal talking about a strange dream he had. The only lyrics I recall were "There was a girl who talked with her eyes...she said "can you see what I'm saying""

No sweat raserx. I guess I shouldn't say I "love" that song, but my sister did play the heck out of it when it came out, and now I'm a slave to it because it was drilled in.

There are two homemade WLIR tapes available (sort of) from the following site.

The first one is working, but the second one isn't. If anyone is a member of this tribe.net perhaps you can post a comment telling him that the second one isn't working. I really don't want to sign up for it, but perhaps someone is already a member?

Perhaps we can post more of those 'ol WLIR novelties you wouldn't hear anywhere else..

[/quote] It's amazing 20+ years later how those recordings resonate in me , triggering so many memories from a time where WLIR was the soundtrack of a halcyon time in my life. Sigh....
