I love Soulseek but currently, I'm only on a Mac, and for some reason it doesn't work as well. Same ISP, same connection, but the results are never as good. Now, the programs for the Mac that run SS are very nice..I'm having problems getting any DC clients running on my Mac. I think it's because I havent installed a system update yet. I'll try again after that gets installed.

I thought we agreed on not mentioning the h** here. I don't want to re-open the thread on what should or should not be in this forum as the whole thing had become a never-ending circle of arguments and counter-arguments, but just wanted to remind you that this has already been an issue (actually, not to far back).
Why don't you just send an email to those involved (you can see who is by searching the old thread - well, ok, now it's here too.).

P.S.: I just don't want this site to follow Torchomatic.

It's really the hub address that shouldn't be mentioned. The catch-22 is if you can't talk about it at all, then no one will know.

In case anyone was a WinMX user, you can modify your host file so that it works again:
http://www.vladd44.com/mx/piepatch.php

Less users now (= less selection), but at the same time, people who use it now are more hardcores who aren't adverse to actually sharing.
