I think the title is Neil Armstrong, but can't remember the band name.

The lyrics went kinda like this:

Bash! has a song titled "Neil Armstrong" on their lp Cheers & Beers. (I think they were a German punk band, but I'm not sure)

Finally got it on soulseek. If we do another CDR swap this one's definitely going on mine because it's a fun little song and obviously no one here is familiar with it.
