Heard on a talk station...

OK, admittedly, this is a shot in the dark.

Randomly listening to an AM talk radio station, I hear something coming out of a commercial break. Some guy saying,

"Hello! Hello! Hello!"

It sounds a bit reminiscent of Killing Joke, like "Follow the Leaders". Any ideas what this one might be?

Nah...not "Chamber of Hellos". It's more late 70s/early 80s punk, and the "hello"s come at the beginning of the song
