The name is the artist is the song...

OK, I'm trying to put together a CD that I will burn for myself (or perhaps just a playlist on my iPod) of songs with the same name as the band. Both names have to be exact - "In A Big Country," "Public Image," "Madness (Is All In The Mind)," "Stray Cat Strut," etc. do not count. Trying to keep it new wave or at least '80s. Here's what I have so far:

Talk Talk - "Talk Talk"
General Public - "General Public"
Kajagoogoo - "Kajagoogoo"
Living In A Box - "Living In A Box"
Icehouse - "Icehouse"
Visage - "Visage"
World Party - "World Party"
Luxuria - "Luxuria"
The Colourfield - "The Colourfield"
Beatnik Beatch - "Beatnik Beatch"

Any others? There must be more...I'm sure someone will post something right away that will make me say "d'oh!"

Yeah, most of those don't fit the criteria...but I did forget about Chiefs Of Relief! (I do have that CD...)

A lot of these are probably repeats but I just ran a filter on my files. You can put your library into Excel and use the Excel equation: =if(A1=B1,"SAME","DIFFERENT") where column A is the song and column B is the band or vice versa. Then just Fill Down for your whole table and sort that third column and look for SAME's.

It also works for helping to filter out repeats, but you would sort by song alphabetically then use =if(A1=A2,"SAME","DIFFERENT"). Again, Fill Down but before sorting, you have to copy and paste the if/then argument result with a Paste Special - Values so the values don't reset after the sort. Then sort and now you have all the songs that are the SAME. The caveat is if they're spelled exactly the same.

My original record lists the artist as being simply Dominatrix.
