These are albums that I don't own which I'll get eventually. I'm amazed Roxy Music's [i]Avalon[/i] isn't owned by everyone. I thought for sure everyone and their mother owned a copy of it[:D]

As for the Eurythmics. I didn't like their albums. I liked a single song here and there. Annie Lennox had better albums as a solo artist.

I didn't get my list finished in time, but what I have so far pretty much echoes the tastes of other people, but from a varying extremes. Looks I aligned with some more popular choices AND the less popular ones (I leaned towards post-punk too.

I love seeing the results. It's kinda cool to put down something that you love (in the top 10 0r 20 positions especially) and, at the same time, think that no one else would put the same answers down. But to see them get a decent score? Right on!

Although I really dont like The Cure or U2...

It's very interesting to observe the relevance of things. Take Blondie's Parallel Lines, which always makes the top 100 or even the top 50 of ALL TIME, but in new wave terms, at least with the voters of this forum anyway, it's below some other albums from Simple Minds, Human League and Yaz which would never be able to go in front of Parallel Lines on a general ALL TIME list, if at all. That's what great about narrowing all this down to a specific genre.
