I just picked up that new Blondie - Greatest Hits - the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame edition. I mainly got it for the DVD bonus disc of many of their videos. It's interesting to watch those older ones again because they bring back many good memories.
Particularly "Heart of Glass" and "Dreaming" because they show the pre-AIDS, party-hearty late 70's in full bloom. Ah, those were the days.

DMZ-DMZ The original 1978 lp was reissued in 2004 but I just spotted it 2weeks ago.I remembered the first track Mighty Idy and decided to give it a try.The whole cd is great typical garage punk from that era. If you like the hives you might like this.

Bongos and Crippled Pilgrims for me..I finally broke down and bought them.Grunch turned me onto both bands a long time ago when the hub was new.Several tunes on each cd were tunes I heard back in the early 80's and never knew the artist. A very nice surprise !
