At least the dog will have a second chance.
A women in my town got part of her upper lip & her nose ripped off by a Bulldog the other day. That is really sad. Then there are dog owners that make me sick. [:(!][:(!][:(!]

I agree. They need stronger laws. People that do these things to animals eventually graduate to human victims. Fry em!

That's a good point philly - animal abuse is a good indicator that someone is also a perpetrator of domestic violence and child abuse.

Especially in the case of younger people. If they abuse animals, it is an indicater to more harsh stuff in the future. It really should rais red flags. It also might warn people of trouble at home with the parents.
