They have a massive forum...and lots of Song IDs.

There are also a few italo sites...but the ones in English arent ever active.

There's always old iancurtis.org but you have to dig Joy Division, Iggy Pop, kitchens and ropes to be a member of it.

Now I know there's another New Wave forum but I've heard that it's not very good.
