It got some airplay round here (NY) about 10 years back and I really took a liking to it.[:p]

No, Holly Beth Vincent was "Holly and The Italians" she replaced Patti in The Waitresses after two albums on Sony/Virgin that Wounded Bird put out a couple of years ago and now are not available. Good Stuff!

ApolloZero!!!!!

I had been searching for that cover of The Beat goes on for YEARS! I was never ever able to find who performed it, because there are so damned many covers of the song.

This Version by (the as it turns out) Strange Cruise got a small amount of airplay in Oz.. for some reason it stuck in my mind and I have been looking for it since my 'lost songs' crusade began some 7 years ago.

So, one great big fat THANKYOU for that!!!! [:D]
