What Keeps UK Acts from Playing in the States?

I know, I know: money. But I have to think that there is good money to be made for a lot of them. Take a look at the cool bands on tour in the UK: http://www.remembertheeighties.com/index2.html . I would love to see a lot of them.

What keeps them from getting together and doing a scaled down show throughout the US???? Or even an acoustic show???? There has to be a profitable way for them...

Most of the 80's acts I see (unless they still have a following like U2), usually tour as multiple acts like some kind of retro memory tour.
