When I was a kid in the early eighties (might have even been 80'), Saturday night TV with my grandma was the place to be. Flamingo Road starring Morgan Fairchild from 8-9, Love Boat from 9-10 and Fantasy Island from 10-11. It was a big deal, lol.

Anyone remember David Letterman's daytime talk show? I only remember seeing it once...he kept shooting suction-cup tipped arrows at the camera to try and make them stick. I thought he was hilarious but I was 9 or 10 so there you go.

I miss the "Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam!"

It was a mix of live action and cartoons, featuring Captain Marvel/Shazam cartoons.

The best part of the show was the live action part, which was hosted by a team of superpowered heroes like Captain Cal

Wow, I had forgotten about a LOT of shows.

favorite drama: probably China Beach. The cast was OUTSTANDING.

And since this is a new wave board, remember the Facts of Life episode where Mrs. Garrett's store burnt down or something, and they rebuilt it

There are so many shows. I remember both incarnations of Buck Rogers, there was one with Wilfred Hyde White, and an Eagle Man. Both incarnations of Battlestar Gallactica. One thing that stands out about the 80's and its TV fare was the fantastic christ
