Ladies, ever shaved your head???

Postby Rubbeet921 » Thu Sep 09, 2004 6:57 pm

I was still a nursing student when I badly wanted to look like "Sinead O 'Connor" (not as pretty as her though [;)])by shaving my head, but unfortunately, I never had the guts to do it! and now that I'm a professional, the more I can't. Damn, who would ever respect a bald nurse??? So, tell me, has anybody among you ladies ever done that? And for the rest, what's the impression it gives you for seeing a female skinhead?

I shaved the underneath part of my long hair. It would start just slightly above my ears and go all the way around in the back. You'd only see it if I wore a ponytail. I loved it! It was very common look among goths, skaters, punks, etc. in the late 80s /

I dated a girl that shaved one side of her head. It was pretty cool but I think it totally freaked my parents out. She tried to cover it up when she saw my parents by throwing her hair over it but it still look like there was something missing. Oh well

Sinaead O'Connor looked really good that way, but she had such nice facial features and the shyape of her head was very perfect for her look.

I imagine some women would look good, others wouldn't. I think it is the same for men. Michael Jordan looks g

When I had a Mohawk at 14 or so, I did shave the sides of my head, and it looked a little Sinead-ish. It was interesting what Kimii said about the chemo association with a woman with a shaved head, because for around the last 1 and a half years, I have h
