I heard this song a while ago, but forgot about it. It was pretty good as I remember. Does anyone have the single or 12" in MP3 format? I'd love to hear it again, and I'm sure others would love to hear it too. Thanks [:)]

Wozgo...we meet again.

Miracle was available on "A Canadian Alternative Vol. 1" CD (oop) along with a bunch of other 'NY stuff. I was never a fan of the song, but here you go:

P.S. What's up with the CFNY scavenger hunt lately? Next thing you know, you'll be looking for Rarefaction, Scott Merritt and Plasterscene Replicas.[:D]

Thanks (once again!) for the song and great info eight6. I've just listened to the song, and to me, it's actually better than I remembered it. A nice surprise.

It does seem that I'm on a CFNY scavenger hunt lately. I think it's because I prefer synth or dance oriented new wave, and Canada produced a lot of excellent music in that genre. Also, it seems like it's much harder for me to come across this rare Canadian music, when compared to other countries. So I'm left to come here and grovel at your feet. Single by single.

and Rarefaction, Scott Merritt and Plasterscene Replicas....Who? What? You got any? [:D] (awww geez, not this shit again!)

Rarefaction, Scott Merritt and Plasterscene Replicas weren't really all that "synthy" but excellent none the less. Perhaps a bit of Glamourcult would be more interesting to you. Eric Simpson (Glamourcult) was known for "Tokyo Streets", but in fact released 3 ep's and an earlier effort under the name Drama.

This song is called "Would it Be Over" and is off a VERY rare S/T ep. Each song on these 3 ep's are IMO far better than Tokyo Streets, but again, just my opinion.

I like that one eight6. Thanks for sharing it. I know it probably cost you a bit and then there's the time spent encoding it. I really do appreciate your generosity!

Now it looks like you've added yet another group/artist to my search. I'm not sure to thank you or pull my hair out.

LOL!! I'd go with the latter...some of this stuff has taken me 20+ years to find.[}:)][:D] I'm assuming you're familiar with Tokyo Streets...

I know Tokyo Streets fom the Hardest Hits series. Thank god for all those fantastic SPG comps. They really opened up my ears to so many great groups I had missed, as I was only a lad in the eighties.
