OMG, LOst!
I didn't begin watching it until the beginning of this current season, but I got hooked, instantly. We never watched it last year b/c the promos made it look like one of thsoe stupid reality shows, a la Survivor. How wrong we were!

But yes, Wed's shows was killer ! (no pun intended). What an ending! I agree with Randy--Michael shot himself in the shoulder to make it look like Henry did it. Henry has probably "escaped". Our theory is that whatever happened with Michael being absent for the last few weeks, he must have found the Others and gotten "programmed" or "brainwashed" to get Henry out. Creepy! I Admit it--one of the only shows I watch, and I'm hooked.

BTW: Sawyer was the male love interest in a Paula Abdul video back in 1990.

KYYX - you really have to rent or buy the first season dvds. The first two episodes alone will knock your socks off...or slippers...or stilletto thigh high boots...[;)]

Remember when Jack's father first showed up? When we first saw the polar bear? Wondering what that monster was about? I love those early episodes when you were just getting an idea that the mysteries on the island were much larger than "maybe it's an elephant..." etc.

I'm hoping they do a Vincent flash-back/POV episode sometime - where does that damn dog disappear to??? I suspect he's seen several things the people haven't.

Im always amazed at the folks that say there is nothing but crap on tv, yet when there are solid great shows out there they seem proud to say theyve never seen them. How can they say there is nothing but crap on if they dont bother to check out the quality shows?

Perhaps being entertained by televison is not one of their priorities.
Or, perhaps they see it as a status symbol - something to make themselves seem more refined than knuckle-dragging slack-jaws like me who schedule their evenings around what's on TV...

I saw one of the "theories" posted on one of those Lost sites (oh boy, now that's something to lose hours of time one, but on the other hand, wtf?) which went something like this:
Maybe the real mystery of Lost is that it's a grand sociological experiment on us, the viewers. Maybe the whole thing is to create, foster, and then observe all of us fans who discuss it endlessly, post on the 'net, and create zillions of websites dedicated to the show's mysteries. A national sociological phenomenom, if you will.
I thought that was pretty intriguing. Silly, but food for thought!

I already know what's going to happen on Lost this year. Dale Cooper is going to follow Windom Earle into Glastonbury Grove to confront his shadow self in the Black Lodge.[:p]
