We're in one of the lowrider capitals in the States. Plenty o' homies be cruizin' and rollin' with their tunes, loud enough to rattle your windows and ears! It's gotten slightly better after the Mayor pushed thru a noise ordinance, but it's a daily occurence. I roll up my windows at that point, but I get pretty amused by that.
