Dubset

We are listening to Dubset LP from 1984 right now, Flesh Made Word, kinda quirky, funky, a bit latin rhythm. Pretty nice stuff. Anyone else familiar with them? This LP was on Elektra.

Prior to this, we had on a little EP The Urbations - Hot Foot, very cool, prior to that an early 80s EP by a band called The Effect. Sorta sorting/going through some recent vinyl finds and checking them out.

Pop Roma is on this LP. We enjoyed the whole LP, I will convert to CD-R for sure.

Grunch, if you've digitized this, any chance of sharing it on the hub (which hopefully will return)? I've been looking for the track "Flesh Beat Fever" for some time.

I haven't thought of Dubset in about 20 years now. I remember liking them quite a bit, but never bought anything.

That's what I love about these boards - some artists or songs just totally fall out of your memory and would be lost, if not for the random mention here to jog the faulty memory!
