The Kid from "The Courtship of Eddies Father" is now the lead singer of the Dead Kennedy's. That sounds like a scene from one of those Direct TV commercials where the guy think's he's dreaming.

It almost seems to me VH1 could turn this into a regular series, just with 80s bands. If the band doesn't reunite, make it 30 minutes. If they do, make it a full hour.
