If You Could be a Member of a New Wave Band

Postby Quite Life » Mon Sep 13, 2004 7:54 am

If You Could be a Member of a New Wave Band, what band would it be.

May be U2, yeah I can play congas for U2 or play Tuba for the english Beat or Guitar for ABC of Drums for the The Jam or Bass for Depeche Mode or Saxaphone for Gang of Four or what ever.

What band would you like to join and what instrament would you play?

Since I already play the bass, it would be the bass player for DEVO.

Synthist/keyboardist in any decent New Wave band that would take me! I'd love to be in Duran Duran, Bronski Beat, ABC, Flock of Seagulls, or The English Beat.

I think I'd want to be in Bow Wow Wow just to be around Annabella all the time.

I always wanted to be a synth player....Nick Rhodes, as well as those guys from Depeche Mode made it look SO COOL. But I couldn't pick a band. There are just too many. OK, Duran, so I could be around those guys alla time.

Synth player in Wall Of Voodoo.
But I would leave when Stan Ridgway departed & help him with his solo work.

guitarist for Wire, Killing Joke, Joy Division, or Siouxsie and the Banshees
or keyboardist for OMD

I woudn't mind being Bez. Not that I care for the Happy Mondays. I would just love to be on stage, dancing and shaking the maracas. I want that job.
