What does that mean? A few hundred or thousand years from now people will be watching Tom Cruise movies to find clues that L Ron Hubbard had an unknown child, and that a sect known as Scientologists will stop at nothing to keep that knowledge secret?

At least he wasn't stupid enough to make Battlefield Earth.

<br>Tom Cruise is not worth that much. NO entertainer--actor, athlete, musician, writer, artist--is worth that much. To make that much money just for entertaining us??? Please. Now the people that do the really important work, people who truly make a difference--like teachers, healthcare and human service workers, people who fight for justice and equality, scientists who develop cures for diseases and devices to improve the quality of life--I'd gladly redirect the money to them.

$100,000,000 just for entertaining us? That's just wrong. And if any entertainer deserves that much, it certainly ain't Tom Cruise!

I could not agree more with you! Shake!
I have a huge problem with anyone being paid gazillions of dollars while others go hungry. At some point there should be a cap on how much money someone makes.I know it is crazy for me to say this but I really wish more people would care about their fellow man. Yeah I'm sure Tommy boy signs checks to the local pet shelter while his agent takes pictures but I mean really help. When you have enough money, help others you pricks!

I refuse be lectured to by someone who is working on his third marriage on how $cientology can help me improve my relationships.

Or listen to a guy that has no medical license and has never been pregnant himself, dispense advice on the suitability of antidepressants for postpartum depression.

Tommy,

Just go to work, read the lines written for you and if anybody asks you about anything besides acting, shrug your shoulders.

I'll watch his movies--I don't think he's a good actor by any stretch of the imagination, but his movies are entertaining.

I don't care that he's a $cientologist. He can believe in the Green Tree Frog Fairy, for all I care.

What really bugged me about him was when he ran his mouth about post-partum depression. I've been there, and trust me, all the vitamins in the world wouldn't have helped a bit. Until he's been there, he has no business spouting off like that.
