Bernard, all the way. His lyrics and vocal style have always been a great source of inspiration to me [8D]

GIllian. What a brilliant concept--a bandmember's girlfriend who didn't play the bass. I admire noveltry. Her decent looks were a bonus.

I'm one of the few people who cannot stand Sumner. I know I'll get heat for this, but he can't tune his instrument and he can't play while singing; that makes him a crap musician in my book.

It's true that Bernard can't play while singing and he is pretty cocky too... but I like him anyway!!

Gillian is cool.... but I sense an insult to Tina W. in that reference of girlfriends that play bass... and I'm gonna say that Tina ROCKS and is a giftful player.

Anyway, I still like Hookey best.... he's like the god of bass.

My vote would go to the Oberheim DX drum machine they used on Blue Monday.

NewOrder is the sum of its components: Without one, the whole thing falls like a house of cards. Think of Voltron minus any lion!

Hookey is my fav. I love that stance when he plays. Also love his sides, Revenge and Monaco.
