Goliath, Six Flags, Atlanta, GA. Ride in the front car. Your life will be forever changed. You know that dream in which you are flying???? This is it personified. Be prepared.

I'm with Horrorgrrl on this one: I prefer Cedar Point. My favorite, you ask? Why, it's the <a href="http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/park/rides/coasters/top_thrill_dragster/index.cfm" target="blank">Top Thrill Dragster</a>.

Just for kicks, you can see what it's like to ride it. Once on the page, go to the right menu, and click on POV Gallery (I think it's the fifth gallery down).

I am deathly afraid of heights, and I'm not fond of roller coasters, but I humored my brother by going with him to Cedar Point a few years ago. All day long, he kept hinting that he wanted to go on that pant-shitting ride, but I would have none of that. Finally, I caved in. It goes so dang fast, that no one is able to scream. And, it's over in less than 30 seconds.

Needless to say, I can't wait to go back there.

I like this one:

It's the Ninja at Six Flags in St. Louis, featuring 2 vertical loops, a double corkscrew and a helix.

We drove 9 hours just to ride this thing a few years ago ('02 I think). Holy sweet zombie Jesus what a great roller coaster.

If you are afraid of heights, though, you will die of a heart attack on the way up.

I'm embarrassed to say I didn't have the guts to ride this thing but I was with my 2 little boys at the time so that gave me an excuse not to ride. This one blows them all away!!!!
