Select a specific playlist and hit "Print". You'll see the default "Text Only" option then the Mosaic options on the pull-down. Even for mixes I assembled outside of iTunes, I recreated the songlist in iTunes just to use the print function.

but with me being over the ocean somewhere they might take a while...
also i need a new cartridge for my printer so the artwork looks a little shoddy...
