Thats it. & ups! That gets my vote along with road warrior.

They had great driving scenes in the transporter but being a french made film I could barely get through it. In french movies, they just have a very different vision than anything I like. Like during a car chase or a big fight, they will play circus music! It actually makes me violent. (now pass the ketchup)

Two lane Blacktop.Is,nt it kind of arty farty?I think there was way
to much talk and little car action.The end where the 55 chevy is
going to go head to head with a badass El Camino could have been a
great final,well for those who have seen it you know what I mean.I
won,t ruin it for those who have not,I thought the ending was lame.
Still it,s neat seeing the late Warren Oates as a bullshitter driving
around in a beutiful GTO Judge.

Yes Hutter I was just getting to "Death Race 2000" with a "Tagline: In The Year 2000 Hit And Run Driving Is No Longer A Felony. It's The National Sport!" and starring David Caradine and Sylvester Stallone from 1975(or [:p]"The Love Bug" Does "Whacky Races" count? Penelope Pitstop had it going on. I like the Transporter and the Transporter 2 also.But Bullit, vanishing point and the original gone in 60 seconds is tops.

DOH! I forgot one of my all time favs. Absolutely Dan. My kids saw it and laughed out loud that so many of the slapsticky gags, gadgets and villains have inspired similar things in modern cartoons. A great campy, tongue-in-cheek flick!

Speaking about Le Mans I have considered investing in the Special Edition Tag Heuer Monaco Chronograph watch. The one that has the red white and blue colors of McQueen's racing suit. This is not like the regular Monaco but a special edition one on a run of only 4,000.
