The Listening Pool is a whole earlier release from 1994 on Telegraph Records. It is a full length CD called "Still Life" with 11 tracks, featuring Paul Humphreys, Martin Cooper and Mal Holmes. Very nice, has the more melodic feel of OMD on it, very nice i

Man I love this place....

I loved OMD. Did not know of the Listening Pool. Did a quick search on iTunes and wouldn't you know it, there are an ep and an album!!! glorious!

I enjoyed "Still Life" and the "Oil for the Lamps of China" EP (also on Telegraph). Was there anything else? Am I correct in suspecting that Telegraph was a vanity label for the band (the name taken from the OMD song)?

We often wondered it if was (Telegraph-OMD), but could never confirm. Depending on how you read their liner notes, it might be.

as long as were on the OMD topic. Has anyone else heard the OnetwO release? Music is very much OMDish.( Paul Humphreys, with Claudia Brücken, from Propaganda. worth a listen to.

I scooped the CD for OneTwo I guess about 2 months ago when it was sold on ebay. They were selling quantities of it for about $7 I think, and agree, it is a must have!!
