OK, people laugh when I tell them that I LOVE Right Said Fred.

They think two things:

1. I'm crazy
2. I'm gay

Well, the first is still very open for debate, but the second is pretty much settled around these parts (I'm straight, or so my wife sez, but would not be ashamed to admit that I was gay if I was).

So, if you haven't heard anything from them apart from "I'm Too Sexy" and maybe another track, I encourage you to listen to the two songs I will post here. If you don't like these songs, then that's OK, but at least you listened to them and now know that they are more than just the guys that did "I'm Too Sexy".

The song "Cry" available here is from their new album, For Sale.

And here is the full length version of 'Stand Up For THe CHampions'. It's not extended, just not the edit you'll find on the album.

Alas, another great song that most people in the US never heard....but I think it got to the Top 5 in the UK charts? Maybe even #1?

Thanks Spaz, you converted me -- not in the gay way -- I now like Right Said Fred, and I completly underestimated them in the past only by knowing I'm Too Sexy. Those are 2 really good songs.

I am glad that you like those two tracks.

Of course, my intention is to turn people onto music as much as I can. Whether someone likes them or not, at least they have more to go on when forming an opinion than the one hit....

Well , I guess you can't judge a band by one bad song. Thanks Spaz , good stuff.
