This sucks - one eight6 is worth at least 50 of every one of you that helped lead to this . I never in a million years thought eight6 would give the pricks among us the satisfaction of leaving. Congratulations and a hearty "go fuck yourself" to everyone and anyone who contributed to his decision in any way.

In a recent thread, we had a bit of friendly sniping back and forth, then he wouldn't let it drop -- he basically denigrated what I do for a living -- He has no clue the amount of effort that goes into the work I do to produce images.

I will not miss him.

Trust me, none taken. We need more people like Eight6 if for nothing else but for that hugely valuable benefit. This is everybody's Outpost and we all have to help safeguard it's intended mission objective. The guy took initiative and added value. And besides that, he was a straight shooter in other matters as well. Funny as hell, as astute as they come and one hell of a NW archivist. I sure am going to miss that spinning logo of his [V] I sincerely hope that he's just taking a break and will come back at least for the odd music related post.
